Whether you’re replacing your current phone system, upgrading to a more advanced solution, or moving to a new location, Smart Choice Communications’ engineers will handle all the details, so you can concentrate on running your business.
If you’re switching providers, we’ll handle all the back-end details with your current telecom company for a seamless service transition. We’ll also ensure that you keep your current phone number(s) so you can stay connected to your customers with no service disruption. Likewise, we’ll oversee all system upgrade details with the appropriate vendors.
If you’re relocating, our systems engineers will do a site inspection prior to the move to identify all hardware, cabling, and system requirements. We’ll also coordinate with the building manager, architect, and other parties as needed to ensure your phone system is operating smoothly on the day you move in. Our systems engineers will handle the entire process from cabling to installing phone jacks and testing the system to ensure maximum operability.
