Since joining the team in 2009, Elisa has been passionate about working closely with clients to understand their unique technology needs and is redefining what success looks like in an industry driven by rapid change, innovation, and competition.

Born and raised in Honolulu as one of nine siblings, she learned early how to navigate chaos, competition, and complex personalities—skills that now fuel her ability to negotiate multimillion-dollar deals, lead high-performance teams, and drive aggressive market expansion. Her father’s rise from dishwasher to industry leader showed her firsthand that resilience, grit, and vision are the ultimate equalizers. By 18, she was already forging her own path—5000 miles away from home in New York, balancing a scholastic scholarship with multiple jobs, laying the foundation for a career built on tenacity, adaptability, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. As a first-generation college graduate, she earned her degree through hard work and perseverance.

She climbed the ranks in telecom and tech, learning the industry from the ground up and proving herself in an arena where very few women break through. Today, she is at the helm of SmartChoice’s transformation: leading the charge as the company expands into new markets, disrupts the telecom status quo, and delivers a white-glove standard of service that competitors simply can’t match. In a world where automation and outsourced support have stripped businesses of real relationships, she champions a hands-on, high-touch approach, ensuring that SmartChoice clients have a true partner in their growth.

In 2022, Elisa moved from New York City and opened the St. Petersburg’s office. She sits on multiple boards throughout Tampa Bay and is deeply involved in the St. Pete Chamber, Tampa Bay Tech, Gulf Coast JFCS, CASA, and SPCA: driving economic growth, supporting women in leadership, and investing in the future of the city she now calls home. Her passion for community is fueled by the powerhouse women she surrounds herself with: visionaries, leaders, and disruptors who are changing the game. And she’s determined to pay it forward.
