Using designated credentials from your Omni account, each unique user name and password is registered accordingly via SmartChoice’s secure hosted platform, which uses advanced TLS/SRTP protocols to provide encryption and ensure calls remain completely private– even over public WiFi. Using your existing device’s internet connection, you can enjoy the convenience of accessing your office contacts straight from your pocket.

SmartChoice’s softphone app gives you all the basic features of your IP desk phone. You can use basic functions such as mute, speaker, call hold, and even advanced features such as conference calling, call transferring, call recording and call statistics. Plus, since the softphone resides over SmartChoice’s network, you can still enjoy benefits such as Voicemail to Email, Call Reporting and many more!

Access Your Contacts Easily– SmartChoice’s softphone allows you to access your contact list, dial internal extensions and see caller IDs from all users.

Distinguish Business Contacts from Personal – Your device alerts you when an incoming call is meant for your business line, so you can greet each caller accordingly.

Make Calls Over WiFi or Carrier Plan – SmartChoice’s softphone application works over any WiFi network or device carrier data plan (4G, LTE, etc.)

Copy/Paste Capabilities: Open your OMNI account page through your device browser to easily copy and paste your credentials, instead of typing out complicated passwords or addresses.
