As Director of Network Services, Scott Talley is responsible for the overall strategy, design, engineering and operations of Smart Choice Communication’s (SmartChoice) global networks, as well as the quality, speed and efficiency in serving a variety of business industries. Talley’s responsibilities also include leading field operations and technical support teams in addition to global tech support centers; in charge of planning, engineering, building and operating SmartChoice’s industry-leading voice and data networks.
Talley is a delivery-focused technology professional with over 15 years of experience working network consulting and corporate positions that leverage his project management experience. He is also involved in overseeing application development and delivery of SmartChoice’s service management and website integration functions. Talley leads a team focused on the programmatic delivery of mobile and cloud technology around the globe.
Talley currently resides in Missouri with his two children.
