Senior Director of Client Solutions
As a customer-centric leader, Floyd is responsible for SmartChoice’s Client Success and Client Solutions functions. This includes overseeing all aspects of Account Management and Client Success duties, including working closely with our existing client base to assist them through office moves, service changes, and ensuring that they receive the white glove support that we promise to deliver. Floyd also works closely with our Sales and Partner teams to provide solution design and solution architecture during the sales process for new, prospective SmartChoice clients.
Floyd brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, having previously been at PAETEC and MASS Communications, working across multiple departments focusing on customer service, account management, and solution design.
Outside of the office, Floyd is also the Board Chairperson of a local, NY-based non-profit organization. He enjoys traveling, sailing, hiking, and is a dog dad to Oliver.
Floyd attended SUNY College at Geneseo in Geneseo, NY, and currently resides in Stamford, CT.
