SmartChoice Announces Release of Smart CRM

SmartChoice, a leading provider of VoIP network and technology, announced that it has completed an integration of its VoIP OmniPortal platform with Salesforce CRM, the market leader for CRM applications. The integration automatically opens a caller’s Salesforce contact record when the user receives an incoming call. This new feature identifies the phone number associated with a lead and instantly records the call details to the corresponding contact in Salesforce. Smart Choice end-users can automatically store and manage detailed logs of all inbound and outbound calls from within their Salesforce.

The new solution will enable Smart Choice users to integrate their VoIP platform directly into Salesforce CRM. This will allow users to access click-to-dial, recorded-call logging and other advanced voice features. With the SmartCRM integration for Salesforce, agents spend less time manually logging call details and have more availability to continue conversations with prospective clients. Increased agent productivity and availability equates to more calls, leading to greater company revenue.
