Smart Tile’s Conference Bridge Stats offers detailed reporting of your monthly conference call activity to help you manage your business. Whether it’s for tracking internal costs or it’s for charging expenses back to your own clients, our reports will give you the data you need to efficiently manage your business. You can access your call records online in your dashboard, provided with detailed logs and graphs that help you keep track of each caller in your conferences. Use the interactive chart and real-time data on the dashboard to understand usage trends and to see the total number of conferences that were organized and the type of conferences that are being held in your organization.

This report, along with the other Smart Tile reports, gives you details on organized conferences activity across your organization. These details are very helpful when you are investigating, planning, and making other business decisions for your organization. The Smart Conference Bridge Stats report can be viewed for trends over the last 24 hours or 30 days. However, if you click into a particular day in the report, the table will show data for amount of participants, duration, and time of day for when the report was generated. You can filter the series you see on the chart by clicking on a search field and entering a specific conference Id or time frame.

The Challenge
