As the Director of People Operations, Stephanie Acevedo is responsible for the operational aspects of SmartChoice, with a focus on the People/Human Resources function across talent management, payroll & benefits, total rewards, and training & development. Stephanie’s responsibilities include engineering hiring strategies, securing top talent, improving operational efficiencies, as well as scaling our operations by directing a best-in-class People experience.
