Always-on network monitoring
ICMP and SNMP v2c/v3 polling on every device, with the polling interval set by you, per device, from 1 to 15 minutes. Track packet loss, latency, CPU, memory and bandwidth trends from 1 hour to 30 days. SSL certificate expiry monitoring, NetFlow traffic analytics and environmental and power health checks are built in.
Alerts that reach the right team
Email, SMS and MMS alerts routed by location, so a store outage in Dallas goes to the Dallas contacts, not the whole company. Multi-tier escalation, acknowledgment, snooze and maintenance windows keep alert fatigue down. Outage confirmation timing is set per device, so a core firewall can alert fast while a lab access point waits.
Built-in diagnostics
Run ping, traceroute, MTR and service scans from inside SmartTile 2.0. Alert popups let your team triage, ping or open an SSH session in one click.

Secure remote access
A browser-based SSH console and encrypted jump box let engineers reach devices without exposing IPs or installing a client. Per-location VPN provisioning isolates each site’s access.

When a circuit is confirmed down, SmartTile 2.0 opens the repair ticket with the carrier. It uses a direct API where the carrier offers one, such as Granite, and an AI voice agent that navigates the carrier’s phone system for 60+ internet carriers. Knock Knock escalation follows up 24/7 so no ticket sits idle.
ServiceAutomate: your ticket system, kept in step
Every outage becomes a ticket in the system your team already uses, with notes and status synced both ways. SmartTile 2.0 connects to 10+ ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Kaseya Autotask, Freshservice, Jira Service Management and Zendesk.

The 10-attempt guarantee

You choose, per device, anywhere from 1 to 15 minutes. SmartTile 2.0 waits for a confirmed outage before opening a ticket to rule out false alerts.
Which carriers can SmartTile 2.0 open tickets with?
SmartTile 2.0’s AI voice agent works with 60+ internet carriers, and direct APIs are used where carriers offer them. If you need a carrier that is not mapped yet, SmartChoice maps it within 72 business hours.
Does SmartTile 2.0 replace my ITSM or PSA?
No. SmartTile 2.0 opens, updates and closes tickets inside the ITSM or PSA you already use, including ServiceNow, ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Freshservice.
Is SmartTile 2.0 vendor agnostic?
