Chad Bruhn
Director of Operations
We are excited to welcome Chad Bruhn to SmartChoice as our Director of Operations. Chad brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in operational management, business process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership — including over 7+ years in the communications and technology industry. In prior roles, he has been recognized for his ability to drive organizational efficiency, improve internal systems, and support sustainable growth across evolving business environments. Notably, Chad was named one of CRN’s “100 People You Don’t Know But Should” for his contributions to sales and operational effectiveness while serving in leadership at Star2Star, a global cloud communications provider.
At SmartChoice, Chad is focused on streamlining operational workflows, standardizing best practices across departments, and enhancing day-to-day functions that support both employee success and client satisfaction. His deep experience working with cross-departmental teams — from sales and finance to legal and marketing — gives him a unique perspective on building processes that scale.
Chad holds a strong commitment to leadership development and continuous improvement. He thrives in environments where collaboration, data-driven decision making, and strategic execution are valued, and he’s passionate about equipping teams with the tools they need to excel in a competitive marketplace.
Outside of work, Chad is a devoted family man who enjoys supporting his daughter’s competitive cheer events and cheering on college football each season. His personal interests reflect his belief in teamwork, dedication, and community — values he brings to his work every day at SmartChoice.
