Standard Within 24-72 hours	24-hour notice needed, prior to 3 PM EST	9am-5pm EST Dispatched within 24-72 hours	$195/hour 4-hour minimum
Emergency Same Day/After Hours *Service Outages Only	Less than 24-Hour notice Out of Service only	Same day After business hours Weekends Holidays	$275/hour 4-hour minimum

*Rates will include travel time.
*4-hour minimum for all dispatches, billed hourly thereafter.
