  • Advanced Configuration of Cisco, Grandstream, Yealink, Polycom Communications Products
  • Low Voltage wiring understanding, LAN/WAN Comprehension
  • Ability to perform SIP debugging with Wireshark and similar tools. Capture and analyze SIP and RTP traces to isolate and resolve issues.
  • Analyzing LAN readiness for VOIP
  • Setting up VLAN and QOS Prioritization
  • Integrating intercom systems with phones


  • Must have great attention to detail in DESIGNING, planning, execution and documentation of all possible trouble shooting issues that may occur
  • Strong analytical thinker
  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Good Explanatory skills with the ability to easily explain and to create training content explaining technical issues for regular non-technical people

Required Experience:

  • Advanced implementation and configuration of telecom services experience
  • Advanced Network Telephony, IP routing, IP Addressing, and PBX experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Troubleshooting telephone company and carrier experience including direct support to end user
  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point
