Smart Choice Communications is an end to end telecommunications consulting and management company, providing our clients a premiere level of expertise and support for all their telecommunications needs. We offer a full range of innovative Infrastructure Design, Internet Solutions, and Voice Services. We are seeking for a Sales Associate who will be able to build relationships with customers, sell our telecommunications products, establish and meet sales and revenue objectives. The successful candidate will have a track record of closing new enterprise accounts and consistently achieving quota.

  • Sell telecommunications products and services to companies
  • Achieve the annual revenue target
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
  • Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments
  • Meet established monthly quotas
  • Establish the company in a new large sales territory
  • Design customized, cost- effective solutions for the client
  • Professionally introduce and represent the company to prospects, customers and partners
  • Maintain every customer as a reference account
  • Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship
  • Facilitate the highest level of professionalism to build on-going relationship with clients, partners, and staff
  • Establish installation or activation dates & times with customers
  • Identify customer needs, offer the most appropriate solutions and overcome objections
  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Existing referral partners
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in telecommunications industry


  • Self-Motivated, high energy- ambitious!
  • Work both independently and as a good team member
  • Strong relationship building and a proven track record of selling to end users and business decision makers
  • Engaging presentation and speaking skills along with solid writing and active listening skills
  • Excellent hunting skills and a demonstrated willingness to prospect for new business
  • The ability to coach the sales team on a solution selling sales methodology
  • Maintain proper attire/ attitude while presenting Smart Choice Communications
  • Minimum monthly quota of $ 3,500
